Neutral Silicone, Antibacterial Joint Sealant
C67 in hygienic areas: Hospitals are a permanently elastic, single-component neutral silicone antimicrobial, antibacterial "ISEGA" documented joint sealant used as sealing connection in food and food-related sectors, cold rooms, kitchens, pharmaceutical industry, and laboratories.
Fields Of Usage
For sealing applications in critical environments. (hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry)
It is used safely in the sector related to foodstuffs, but it does not have direct contact with foodstuffs.
Sealing of the cons between different materials: glass, wood, concrete, stone, ceramic, metal, aluminum, and most plastics.
Ventilation system sealing.
The surface to be applied is one piece, clean, oil-free and dust-free
Foreign substances on the surface must be destroyed.
Preparation of the joint and the sauce:
Use lining on porous surfaces. (Please consult Vibroser.)
If better results are requested from the application, masking tape should be drawn to the edges.
Cut the cartridge’s tip from the top and place it in the gun screw over the nozzle, release the lever on the gun during the process and pull the piston back.
MS Polymer uniform should be practiced by squeezing evenly and continuously.
At the end of the tightening process, the surface should be smoothed with a suitable object or soapy finger.
Before the MS Polymer dries, the masking tape must be removed.

It can be stored in its original packaging under +25 °C in a dry and cool place for about 12 months.
If you’re using the Cleanroom C67 for expansion connections, you should measure correctly.
For optimal elastic properties of sealing material, an accurate width/depth ratio is important (2:1), or up to 1:1. The sealing agent should not hold the base of the searing, but only the edges.
We can achieve this using basic material that the sealant does not adhere to (foamy polyethylene, polyurethane).
The minimum depth width is 6 mm; the maximum is 20 mm.
