It sells bread, bread types, bakery products, milk, and dairy products to meet the needs of the city and maintain the market balance. The purpose of the business is to provide economic, hygienic, healthy, and quality dairy products to the people of Bursa. The production capacity of the business is large enough to meet 20% of the needs of Bursa people in important categories such as bread, bakery products, and dairy products.
Besaş Süt Management entered the dairy sector by adhering to the previously determined goals and objectives within the scope of the agricultural development support project created by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality. To produce milk and dairy products in quality and hygienic manner, the Besaş Keles Süt ve Süt Ürünleri started its work with the most advanced machinery and equipment of the period.
With a Daily Tons of Milk Processing Target
Besaş Keles Süt ve Süt Ürünleri has a milk processing capacity of 30 tons in a single shift and is progressing intending to process 70 tons of milk in 3 shifts. Increasing the milk processing capacity causes livestock breeding in Harmancık Büyükorhan, Orhaneli, and Keleş regions and the farmers in the region to gain regular income. The milk needed is obtained through cooperation with cooperatives in the region while contributing to the region’s people’s welfare.
Wide Product Portfolio in Milk and Dairy Products
While focusing on the basic milk and dairy products needed by Bursa, it has also reached a wide product portfolio by producing other products that will decorate the tables. The products produced consist of 16 types, including breakfast curd, cream, toast cheese, gourmet cheddar cheese, classic white cheese, white cheese, cream cheese, string cheese, cottage yogurt, daily milk, and buttermilk.
