Köfteci Ramiz managed to become a brand with concept restaurants from a modest meatball maker who had chairs from a lemon chest in Manisa Akhisar in 1928. It is a family business that made its name with the recipe they developed for grilled meatballs, one of Macedonia's street foods. Meats taken from Balıkesir and its surrounding producers are kept for 24 hours in the incubation room for microbe reproduction control after veterinary control and sample were taken. The meats, which are fully controlled, are transferred to the further processing section and turned into entrecote, meatballs, sausage, meatballs with cheese, and chops.
