What Does It Produce?

Spicy tuna sauce for the first time in Turkey-producing the feature that stood out with the brand. It produces 9 different types of tuna with sauces, such as tuna without sauce, mustard with the mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce. It enriches its product range day by day with its R&D studies.

Production Facilities

Seafood from various regions of the world is frozen when caught and stored in its freshest form. The fish are brought to the facilities by a cold chain and processed after the necessary analysis and controls by food engineers.

Processing in the facilities is carried out under hygienic conditions required for canning processes after the analysis is completed. Processed fish are sealed untouched by the product automation system and kept in sterile warehouses to complete the fermentation process. After the fermentation period is completed, the products that pass the quality control are shipped to the sales points.
