Ak Gıda started its activities with the production facility established in Sakarya Pamukova in 1996. Milk obtained from the facility, which has a milk processing capacity of 1500 tons per day, was put on the market under the İçim brand. Continuing its activities in milk and dairy products, the brand has production facilities in Sakarya, Karaman, Kırklareli, Kahramanmaraş, and İzmir.

İçim brand, produced under Ak Gıda, maintains its place among the top 3 brands in the food market where milk and dairy products are located. Delicious natural milk was collected and processed in Turkey to reach consumers. The quality of İçim branded products is appreciated both domestically and abroad. In the competition organized by the International Taste and Quality Institute in 2016 and 2018, it was deemed worthy of the “Outstanding Taste Award” in yogurt and cheese products. Another award of the international arena brand was the gold rank in the World Cheese Awards competition in 2018.
